For Delivery in India

  1. Same day delivery orders can be accepted till 4 pm IST on the date of delivery.
  2. Products will be delivered only in the cities mentioned in the List of Serviceable Cities/Towns
  3. We deliver all 365 days of the year (including Sundays and public holidays)
  4. We guarantee on the given date of  delivery but do not commit any fix time for delivery. Deliveries will be made between 7 am to 8 pm IST on the given date. However, we do try our best to fulfill your delivery instructions. Depending on the delivery destination, the delivery schedule may vary from same day delivery to delivery within the next 1 to 3 business days, excluding the date of order. Holidays may extend it further.
  5. We believe in providing our customer the best quality. To maintain the freshness, flowers, cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location and are always hand delivered
  6. Delivery will not be redirected/ redelivered to any other address without extra charges. We will attempt delivery of the items only once. Incase the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery may be possible. Orders are considered to be executed in the below cases:
    • Recipient not available
    • Delivery not done due to wrong address.
    • Wrong phone or Cell or Extension number/ not working/ no reply or not connecting/ reachable and delivery is not done.
    • Recipient refused the products.
    • Premises locked.
    • Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor.
  7. The image displayed in indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.
  8. Images are indicative only. Though we try our level best to deliver as per the image shown, designs may vary & are subject to availability of flowers / consumables on any particular day. We reserve the right to substitute the flowers (Including specified color) / other products with equal or higher value in case of non-availability of the desired product. No refund/ re-delivery claim in this respect will be entertained.
  9. Freshly baked cakes are available only after 10:30am IST. Please do not insist on early morning cake delivery. We do not deliver earlier days cakes unless insisted by the customer
  10. Courier items: Courier orders would be delivered all over India within 3-4 working days through TNT, ARAMEX, FEDEX, DTDC or Blue Dart. No deliveries possible on Sundays and national holidays. Also note that all courier gift items are delivered through renowned courier services and we may not guarantee the date and time of delivery in such cases.
  11. In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/Bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
  12. On special occasions like Valentines’ Day, the given prices are not applicable. Please check with our shop for special prices, products availability and advance order restrictions.
  13. Prices of items which are subject to MRP restrictions are being sold on the website after adding up costs of our services, delivery and online transactions cost. The distribution could not be shown seperately due to technical restrictions and are taken to be understood.
  14. No change in instructions can be entertained on the date of delivery unless acknowledged and confirmed in writing by our customer support team.
  15. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled unless requested 1 working day (before 4 pm.) prior to the delivery date. You can send cancellation request at Contact Us. Cancellation charge of INR 100 per order will apply.
  16. In case of outsourced gift items, respective brand owners will be responsible for the quality of product.
  17. We will not entertain any complaint of any order after 7 (Seven) days from the date of delivery of the order in case of perishable items.
  18. Right Florist follows a policy of free re-delivery in case of any genuine complaint raised by the buyer. Genuine cases include delivery at wrong address or date, and/or delivery of stale perishable items.
  19. Delivery of certain branded items may not be possible/delayed under certain un-controllable circumstances such as product not available in the market or discontinued by the manufacturer. In such cases, similar product, nearest to the description and price shall be delivered.
  20. The customers or recipients are requested to provide an image of the product delivered within 48 hrs of delivery for complaint against the quality of the product delivered. Based on the complaint Refund or Redelivery can be made and any decision to do so depends only on the sole authority of the website.
  21. We shall deliver or dispatch the order within 24 hrs in case no delivery date is mentioned in the order.
  22. If the ordered flowers / cake / mithai / other hand delivered gift items are not available in the respective city or town, if perishable then in such cases the closest items are delivered which is of equal or higher value.
  23. In case for a served(processed/delivered) order against which we have not received the money, due to any reason what so ever it is, the Customer & the Recipient shall be equally liable to compensate for the sum due. In case both the Customer & the Recipient refuses to pay us, we shall take appropriate legal steps to realize the sum due. Octroi charges if any, will be paid by the consignee as this may be applicable in the Recipients State.

HDFC bank as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly of indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
  26. All Rakhi orders will be delivered at the earliest irrespective of delivery date chosen.

  27. For deliveries at Hostel, Hotels & Hospitals address, POD signed at the reception or by security personnel will be a valid proof of delivery. Though we try to get the sign of the actually intended recipient but at these places, due to reasons beyond our control, we cannot assure it.
  28. We are despatching all consignements as per your orders & we shall not be responsible for any clearance at respective Countries Customs Counter. It has to be done at you end.
  29. If a customer wants to cancel an already placed order, he may choose to do so at least 24 hrs before the delivery/ dispatch date. In all such cases, we shall cancel the order after deducting 7% of the ordered amount towards credit card processing expenses.Also, order modification, if any, can be done only 1 day prior to date of delivery, between 8 am to 8 pm.
  30. “By accepting our T&C, you also accept to receive all our communication matters, notification, newsletters, promotional matters etc. through various media channels”. However, we confirm that we do not give any customer data to any agency outside the group.

Additional Terms & Conditions for International Deliveries:

  • Orders should be placed 48hrs prior to the delivery date. For same day deliveries, please contact us for possibilities
  • No delivery is possible on Sunday's and Holidays except in Hongkong, Singapore and Japan.
  • For Countries like UAE, no delivery is possible on Friday.
  • Correct ZIP Code and phone number of the recipient is a must.
  • On special occasions like Valentines’ Day, the given prices are not applicable. Please check with our shop for special prices, products availability and advance order restrictions.
  • For any international delivery sent through courier, any extra custom charges levied by the custom dept of recipient's country will have to be borne by the customer itself and we shall not be liable for the same.

 

General Disclaimers:

  1. Right Florist retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
  2. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Court at Kolkata, India only.
  3. If Right Florist is unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc. caused due to non-delivery.
  4. Right Florist reserves the right to change the price or withdraw any product at any point of time at its own discretion without any notice.
  5. Right Florist has taken every care for the accuracy of the information provided in the website. It has exercised due diligence in providing the latest products/information. However, RF or its employees or its affiliates are not responsible for the loss or damage caused to any of the users due to the information inadvertently provided/not provided in the website.
  6. In case of any confusion about the delivery address or in case our delivery boy is unable to locate the address, we reserve the right to call the recipient at the given phone number .

The customer agrees to defend indemnity & hold Right Florist and its affiliates harmless from all liabilities & expenses including attorneys fee related to any violation of this agreement by them and also for the use of the services or transmission of any message or information by them. Right Florist may modify this agreement from time to time without giving any prior information.
